I didn't really have high expectations for this comedy, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Jason Sudeikis is hilariously believable as a moronic pot dealer who's bit off more than he could chew, and it's always fun to see Nick Offerman in something.
Jennifer Aniston gave an excellent performance as well, as the stripper who thinks Sudeikis's character is full of crap. This film has a lot of laughs, but is layered with poignant themes of family, loyalty, and morality. Plus, there's a scene with a "baby" that will crack you up! |
This comedy really took me by surprise. It proved to be one of the more funnier films of the year and had me laughing throughout. Jason Sudeikis was great as a pot dealer who decides to smuggle drugs across the border. Jennifer Aniston was funny as the stripper along for the ride. Plus, you get to see her strip in a film!
Both Sudeikis and Aniston shared a believable amount of chemistry with their characters. Nick Offerman stole the show as a DEA agent the 'family' runs into. This was a hilarious movie that actually dealt with some good themes like family. A movie that will surprise a lot of people in a good way. |
