8/10
Considering Hatchet III had a pretty definitive and decent ending for Victor Crowley, it's pretty damn admirable that Adam Green was able to resurrect the character for one final epilogue. Victor Crowley is yet another epic entry in the Hatchet franchise, with even more humor and gore to slake even the thirstiest of horror fans. Like the previous three, this one continues to have it all, with more awesome cameos from horror vets like Tyler Mane and hilarious comedians like Brian Quinn. It's crazy that these films aren't more well-known.

Ten years after Crowley (Hodder) was destroyed, survivor Andrew Yong (Shen) is bribed to go back to Honey Island Swamp, along with a TV show crew. When their plane crashes, a newly resurrected Crowley (thanks, voodoo curse) stalks them outside the plane as they try to figure out a means of escape. The characters are all great, particularly aspiring actor Dillon (Sheridan), who ends up being a big damn hero. We're left with an epic potential cliffhanger that I really hope leads into a fifth film.

Victor Crowley is just more proof that Adam Green is one of the hardest-working filmmakers you've never heard of. His Hatchet franchise is nothing but pure gold and an absolute horror/comedy gem that will never lose their luster. Here's hoping this isn't the last we've seen of Victor Crowley.
