While this film is entertaining, it is not the definitive Peter Pan movie. The acting is less than believable at times and the forced romance between Peter and Wendy is just creepy (they're supposed to be thirteen years old). The only saving grace in this film is Jason Isaacs's awesome portrayal of Captain Hook, from which he draws inspiration from both the animated Disney version and Dustin Hoffman's performance in Hook. Apart from him, this film isn't really up to snuff and just feels like it's missing its spark.
