9/10
This is one of my childhood favorites and my all-time favorite Muppet movie. Surprisingly, it's one of the best versions of Treasure Island I've ever seen. If you take away the Muppets, this film is actually a very dark and grown up pirate movie with some stellar performances.

I honestly think Tim Curry is the best Long John Silver ever shown on film. He owns every scene he's in and acts alongside the Muppets with gravitas. It's also very funny to see the Muppets play characters from Treasure Island, especially Kermit as Captain Smollet and Miss Piggy as Benjamina Gunn. Plus, Gonzo and Rizzo just being around is hilarious.

Muppet Treasure Island is a very fun movie that everybody can enjoy and I hope it goes down as one of the best outings the Muppets had on film.
