I liked this film. It was a very realistic superhero movie that was super violent and really funny. I particularly enjoyed the use of famous movie scores that were used throughout the film, such as Ennio Morricone's opening score from For a Few Dollars More. It gave the film a unique feel that I believe most superhero films are missing these days. Definitely give this one a shot.

A good superhero film that has a healthy dose of humor and a, surprisingly, realistic look on being a superhero. The humor was a welcome addition since so many superhero films feel the need to be dark and gloomy. I also liked the realistic take because it shows the real life consequences of what could happen to someone if they decide to be a superhero.
The performances were all good throughout. The best part, though, is Nicolas Cage. He is constantly funny and brings a lot of fun to the film. This is a fun, fresh, original take on superhero movies and something that will be enjoyed by many. |
