This film was by far the best of Phase 2 so far. The story was engaging, the new characters were exciting, and the postcredits scene perfectly sets up a main thread for the next film. Sebastian Stan's performance as the tortured assassin, the Winter Soldier was brilliant and one of the best comic book villain portrayals of the past ten years. I'm glad Marvel has such an awesome game plan, as it means I can look forward to a lot more awesome films.

This film was absolutely amazing. It is definitely one of Marvel's best solo films and their best in Phase 2. The plot was great, with amazing action scenes and interesting characters. Speaking of characters, The Winter Soldier was Marvel's best villain in along time. He was smart, brutal, and tons of fun to watch. The action was also very well done, perfectly showing the brutality of someone with super enhanced strength kicking ass. By the end of the film, all the characters are placed in exciting, future situations. The post credit scene will also blow your mind. This was an excellent film and I loved every second of it.
