In the 1980s, there was a boom of slasher films in the horror genre. While this did provide some truly great films, it also produced a ton of crap. This particular film is one of them. While the idea of kids killing people is insanely creepy, it becomes a snoozefest in this particular film.
The kids aren't that scary and the bad performances don't help. The main character is also extremely dull and has a very idiotic little brother. The film has absolutely no sense of urgency or buildup, therefore leaving the viewer with little interest as to what happens. This particular 1980s slasher film is one that definitely should be avoided.
