A Walk Among the Tombstones was a brutal, engaging crime thriller that deserves a great deal of praise. This film balanced along a thin line between drama and horror, containing elements from both genres that made this a brilliantly crafted hodgepodge of a movie.

While Liam Neeson was great in this film, it was David Harbour and Adam David Thompson who stole the show as the psychotic killers Neeson is tracking. The two killers kidnapped and tortured women extremely graphically, nudging AWATT into horror territory (especially the final showdown). I would definitely recommend this film.
